Shipping Information

Available Shipping Methods

• Multiple delivery options may be offered including sea freight, air freight and courier express. Available options depend on order volume, destination and lead‑time requirements.

Shipping Cost Calculation

• Freight costs are calculated based on total weight, dimensions, destination country or region, and selected shipping method. Any applicable surcharges including remote area fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Transit Times

• Stated transit times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to port congestion, customs clearance, weather or carrier‑related issues outside our control.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

• Import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees and any local taxes at destination are for the buyer’s account unless DDP terms are explicitly agreed in writing within your quotation.

Risk Transfer

• Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer once goods have been handed over to the appointed shipping carrier. We will assist with documentation for claims where applicable.

Shipping Documentation

• We will provide standard shipping documents required for export. Additional or special documentation requests may incur extra processing fees to be confirmed in advance.
