Returns, refunds & disputes

Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Because most Travnir products are custom-produced to order, this policy explains when returns and refunds apply, how to cancel an order, and how payment disputes are handled.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before production begins. Once manufacturing has started, cancellation may incur charges for work completed and materials used.

Defective or Incorrect Goods

We accept returns and provide full replacement or refund for goods that are defective, damaged in transit, or not as approved in the sample and specification.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-branded and personalised items cannot be returned for change of mind. Standard, non-custom goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt in resaleable condition.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

PayPal Disputes

If you paid via PayPal and cannot resolve an issue with us directly, you may open a dispute through the PayPal Resolution Centre within 180 days of the transaction.

Chargeback Policy

We kindly ask buyers to contact us first to resolve any concern. Unfounded chargebacks may be challenged with order and shipping evidence.
